If you buy one thing this month....The Copenhagen Blouse ( See also Gilet and/or Jacket)

It’s universally acknowledged that Scandi style is having a moment: Oversized and roomy is big; baggy is the new tight; untucked is the new tucked In.

As a life long tucker- inner (I have been known to even tuck in my pyjama top) I will not deny this is out of my comfort zone. However. The Copenhagen blouse - as dubbed in fashion circles, is surprisingly wearable whatever your aesthetic. Possibly because it's ticks are many : structured and oversized enough to feel of the moment; a crop shape that avoids the tuck /not tuck debate; and the added frou frou of front bows, puff sleeves or a possible peplum for those of us who struggle with minimal. Ganni started the trend and independents and the high street have jumped on board. Wear with anything from wide trousers to a denim maxi. Just don't tuck it in. (Ps- the denim ASOS fell in my basket whilst trawling for a job - and I can vouch for it’s designer esque excellence - whilst being 100% cotton which also helps my conscience)
